Patient Portal
If you are a current patient, you should be signed up for patient portal called Patient Ally. If you have not received the link or the link has expired, please email or call us and we will resend the link. You can access the patient portal by clicking the button below. This is used as a confidential means of communication with provider only. If you need a refill, it is best to call the pharmacy first and they will send us an electronic request on your behalf. You can also request the medication via the patient portal. DO NOT EMAIL US ABOUT REFILLS. Please call the pharmacy 5 days ahead to allow up to 3 business days for your prescription to be filled. As a reminder, we do not refill prescriptions on the weekend or holidays, so please request medication in a timely manner.

Reminders For Appointment:
- Please log in 5-10 minutes early to address and technical difficulties on you end. You will need a good internet connection for the video visits and if the video freezes, you can refresh your browser which will reset the visit.
- If using you smart phone be connected to wifi for the visit to avoid technical issues.
- Please be alone, in a quiet place without distractions for appointment
- You cannot be working, driving, or shopping as this can cause distraction.
- If you have any issues with logging on, call the office and if you get the answering machine, leave a message so we can call you right back
